Transformation Management Office - Operations

As part of the Operations department, you will:

• Define and implement the core operating structure and working model of the business area collaboratively with cross‑functional partners.
• Design how we approach business decisions and create the infrastructure required to support ongoing usage (e.g., frameworks, guides, models & tools).
• Engineer effective and efficient processes, optimizing for throughput and frictionless operations.
• Introduce or expand world‑class capabilities that drive our business.
• Scale the business for future growth, often meaningfully evolving our infrastructure across key pillars.
• Seamlessly integrate meaningful infrastructure into the day‑to‑day of the business.

• Proven skills, education, and/or experience in business administration or a related field.
• Experience in business operations, process improvement, and organizational design.

• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners.
