This senior position focuses on creating impactful onboarding experiences and ongoing training modules to nurture partner relationships. As part of your role, you will also collaborate with internal teams to manage product launches and execute co-selling strategies. Your expertise will inform and drive effective enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key advisor for Alliances' leadership team
• Develop an efficient partner onboarding process
• Establish a centralized partner resource hub
• Manage the rollout of new product launches and campaigns
• Analyze data to improve training methodology
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of relevant enablement experience
• Previous position as an Alliance Manager preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to cultivate relationships in complex environments
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Crossbeam
