Drive improvement as an Operations Enablement Specialist specializing in process enhancement and performance analysis within a hybrid work environment.
Your role will support the Operations Excellence leadership team while maximizing operational efficiency.
This full-time position allows you to contribute significantly to corporate priorities across various locations. You will develop and maintain standard operating procedures while managing quality dashboards for operations leaders. Performance analysis and technology research for efficiency improvements will also be key components of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop standard operating procedures
• Manage quality dashboards for leadership
• Conduct performance analysis and report findings
• Contribute to program development projects
• Research new technologies to enhance operations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or a related field required
• 3 years of experience in project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Proven experience in facilitating meetings with stakeholders
