In this pivotal role at Pani Energy, you'll report to the Head of Customer Success, bridging the gap between sales and customer experience. Your deep understanding of plant operations will allow you to strategically engage with clients, supporting their unique needs while driving product adoption. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with sales to assess customer Operational Intelligence needs
• Manage the overall customer journey to enhance satisfaction
• Drive adoption strategies with stakeholders in your accounts
• Participate in Quarterly Value Reviews with Account Managers
• Lead training and educational sessions for customer engagement
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering, sciences, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years in relevant plant operations
• Proven technical acumen in water treatment processes
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage hybrid work settings
