We are seeking a talented individual to join our consulting team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Vancouver and requires a hybrid work arrangement, with at least three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities- Lead complex client engagements and manage client accounts and projects for revenue and profitability
- Oversee multiple analysts, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
- Develop sophisticated solution designs tailored to client needs
- Generate revenue through new client acquisition, cross‑selling, and extending current engagements
- Participate in developing intellectual capital, marketing materials, and deliver presentations or conference papers
- Proven experience leading complex client engagements and managing project teams
- Strong business development skills with a track record of generating revenue
- Ability to develop sophisticated client solutions and resolve complex issues
- Experience in health consulting or related fields
- Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills
- Experience contributing to intellectual capital development and thought leadership

The applicable base salary range for this role is $144,500 to $239,500. Base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, the position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
