Senior Enterprise Transformation Analyst

In this full-time role at lululemon's Store Support Centre, you’ll partner with various departments to drive large-scale business transformation. Your key responsibilities include scoping, planning, and designing operating models while facilitating workshops with stakeholders. You will also assist in enterprise investment planning and work closely with transformation enablement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic problem definition and prioritization efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• 2-4 years in management consulting or transformation

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
