• Proactively drive adoption and account growth strategies
• Advice finance stakeholders on operational efficiencies
• Develop multi-threaded relationships across departments
• Conduct business reviews focused on customer ROI
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in customer success roles
• Expertise in financial technology and ERPs
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data trends
• Proven success in stakeholder relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
