As Fresha expands its global reach, the Associate Account Manager will play a key role in nurturing a curated portfolio of partners. This position requires collaboration with several internal teams while focusing on onboarding and project management. Your aim will be to ensure partner engagement post-onboarding by emphasizing customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee onboarding of new partners to the platform
• Coordinate project management with account responsibilities
• Build trust through regular interactions and reviews
• Enhance partner value and success with Fresha
• Implement strategies to keep partners engaged
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Account Management or similar roles
• Strong proficiency in French highly preferred
• Excellent project management capabilities
• Customer success passion over sales targets
• Familiarity with high-volume SaaS operations
