Become the driving force at Run Ready as Studio Coordinator in Vancouver, BC, where you’ll ensure an exceptional client experience focused on health and footwear expertise.

As part of a dynamic team within the Run As You Are  shop, your role as Studio Coordinator will encompass all client interactions at the Run Ready studio. You'll manage appointments, lead footwear selection processes, and build lasting connections with clients while collaborating with marketing and operational teams. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing brand visibility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and cultivate a comfortable studio atmosphere

• Manage client schedules, billing, and interactions promptly

• Facilitate the footwear matching experience effectively

• Conduct tours of studio offerings for new clients

• Support community engagement through initiatives and events

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in customer service or sales environments

• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities

• Full-time availability with flexible scheduling

• Experience in health, fitness, or retail is a plus

• Passionate about running and community involvement
