Meaningful work you’ll be part of
Participate in the completion of SR&ED claims (Canada) and R&D tax credit claims (US)
Complete assignments on time and within budget to meet client expectations
Provide practical solutions to optimize clients' returns from SR&ED and other government incentives
Attend meetings and support clients during SR&ED reviews
Managing a portfolio of clients, reporting to Senior Managers and above
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Engage in business development activities to identify and research opportunities
Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in managing and delivering larger projects
Experiences and Skills You’ll Use To Solve
Proven engineer, or technical management including competencies in mechanical or chemical engineering
A degree or education in an engineering field or related discipline
Prior experience with the SR&ED tax credit program including preparing and supporting heavy industry SR&ED claims is preferred but not required
Strong client-service orientation focused on achieving high quality, timely and profitable results
Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving abilities
Creative problem‑solving skills to apply the SR&ED rules to client opportunities and the skill and experience needed to lead claim preparation and review engagements
This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.
The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and inclusive benefits, including flexible programs that support well‑being.
