In this role, the Senior Business Development Representative will be integral to managing brokerage interactions and achieving targeted growth objectives. With a minimum of five years in sales or business development, this leader will coordinate efforts across multiple functions to enhance Wawanesa’s market position. Candidates are expected to have a strong command of the local insurance landscape and solid experience utilizing CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain key communications with brokerage partners
• Establish and monitor growth plans tailored to brokers
• Work with management to implement effective strategies
• Identify and assess new brokerage opportunities
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing and Business Development
Requirements:
• 5+ years in relevant sales or business roles
• Educational background in Business or Marketing
• Familiarity with BC’s local broker network
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
• Clean drivers abstract required
