Position: Wellington-Altus Corporate Development Associate Role

Reporting to the Executive Vice-President of Corporate Development, you will engage in recruiting top-tier investment advisors through strategic networking, cold calling, and social media.

Your role will support the ongoing growth of Wellington-Altus by ensuring smooth onboarding processes and maintaining regular communication with prospective advisors. Your proactive approach will ensure the team meets its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the advisor recruitment process effectively

• Network and identify promising investment candidates

• Develop social media recruitment campaigns

• Prepare and manage advisor call lists

• Provide status reports on recruitment efforts
Requirements:

• Business or finance-related post-secondary education

• At least five years of business development experience

• Knowledge of the financial service sector

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
