Our client, a well-established organization within the technology and business solutions space, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and elevate their Vancouver branch operations. Your Responsibilities- You’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of the branch sales function, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and strategic objectives
- In this role, you’ll develop and execute sales plans, budgets, and forecasts using CRM tools to track performance
- You’ll hire, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- You’ll monitor weekly sales performance, providing guidance, feedback, and formal evaluations to drive results
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams to launch new products and implement local and national sales initiatives
- You’ll oversee customer issue resolution, ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction and service delivery
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales management within technology, print, or related industries
- Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing sales teams
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
