This role focuses on designing and optimizing merchant lifecycle processes, ensuring a smooth journey from marketing to account readiness. You'll coordinate with stakeholders, implementing automation and data quality measures. By supporting attribution tracking and conducting funnel performance analysis, you’ll surface valuable insights for increased revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize lead lifecycle merchandising processes
• Define and implement lead routing and automation
• Manage initiatives across multiple functional teams
• Support performance analysis and attribution tracking
• Collaborate with business systems to enhance lead management
Requirements:
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years in operations roles relevant to revenue or sales
• Proficiency in Salesforce; marketing platforms experience a plus
• Strong skills in Excel and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and frameworks
