In this pivotal role, you will manage Client Relations, centering on growth, service excellence, and operational efficiency. Collaborating with various departments, you will drive inside sales performance, improve organizational workflows, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for service providers through best practices and training support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategies to maximize inside sales performance
• Strengthen partner relationships through proactive outreach
• Identify sales opportunities via data and trend analysis
• Support training programs for service provider onboarding
• Lead Hub Spot enhancements for better data tracking
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• High attention to detail with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and within teams
• Professionalism and reliability in all functions
