As a key member of the Benefits team, you will report to the Director of Benefits and play a vital role in managing all aspects of the Canadian Retirement Plan and Group Benefits. Responsibilities include vendor management, process oversight, and ensuring that all documentation is precise and current. Your hands-on experience with Oracle HRIS will help streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and facilitate the Canadian Retirement Plan
• Oversee claims processes and employee communications
• Monitor benefits program compliance
• Engage with external vendors and consultants
• Generate necessary reports and documents
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or similar
• 2-3 years of benefits administration experience
• Knowledge of Oracle HRIS systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Limited travel within Vancouver
