Join Pay By Phone as a Client Relationship Manager to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Lead onboarding projects and drive the adoption of innovative solutions across your portfolio.
In this client-facing role, you will cultivate strong relationships, oversee day-to-day management, and handle client queries effectively. Your experience in account and project management will be crucial for renewing contracts and increasing product adoption while ensuring clients receive the training they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong, long-term client relationships
• Project-manage onboarding activities for new clients
• Oversee contract renewals with existing clients
• Facilitate communications between internal teams and client marketing
• Organize monthly and quarterly client check-ins
Requirements:
• 5+ years in client account management required
• 3+ years project management in technical environments
• MS Office Suite proficiency required;
Salesforce an asset
• Capability to train and mentor junior staff
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
