You will focus on acquiring land rights integral to energy and renewable infrastructure projects.
Your role encompasses effective stakeholder engagement, managing compliance documentation, and collaborating across various teams. Expect to travel within BC based on project demands and engage directly with landowners and Indigenous communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate agreements for land rights and easements
• Engage effectively with stakeholders and local communities
• Maintain accurate records to ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with project teams for successful execution
• Provide field support as required during projects
Requirements:
• Experience in land acquisition or related fields
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Willingness to travel extensively within BC
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
