Key Responsibilities:
• Develop safety practices through comprehensive training
• Master route efficiency with advanced TRUX technology
• Lead and empower employees using servant leadership
• Manage daily logistics and ensure service reliability
• Address service issues to improve client satisfaction
Requirements:
• Graduate from a relevant college or trade school
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and related tools
• Exceptional time management and critical thinking skills
