Contracts Manager for LNG Development

Take charge of contractual obligations with Woodfibre Management Ltd. as a Contracts Manager in Squamish, BC. This role focuses on managing and negotiating contracts for the Woodfibre LNG Project.
As the Contracts Manager, you will lead the administration and compliance of critical EPC contracts, ensuring timely execution and managing relationships with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop contract strategies and systems for the LNG project

• Lead management of EPC Contractor correspondence

• Participate in strategic negotiations and meetings

• Maintain legal communications regarding contracts

• Support pre-qualification and tender processes
Requirements:

• 15+ years in EPC contracts in Oil and Gas

• 10 years in lump sum and reimbursable contracting

• 5 years in team lead roles

• Proven track record in contract negotiations
