This full-time, temporary role is at Vancity’s head office, providing a hybrid work environment. You’ll lead efforts to prepare members and employees for new products and services through effective readiness strategies. Your insights will be key to enhancing relationships and promoting financial resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft readiness plans for successful member engagement
• Support executives in leading change initiatives confidently
• Identify gaps and risks through assessments
• Coordinate readiness efforts with strong project practices
• Communicate changes compellingly to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in related fields
• 7+ years leading change or readiness initiatives
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Proven ability to guide senior leaders
• Excellent written and communication skills
