In this pivotal role, you'll blend deep benefits expertise with M&A experience to drive effective integrations. Collaborating with HR partners, you will oversee health, welfare, and wellness programs, ensuring they meet compliance standards and align with business objectives. Your analytical skills will help monitor plan performance and recommend improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage employee benefits across U.S. and Canada
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain plan documentation
• Support vendor relationships and lead contract negotiations
• Develop effective communication materials for employee engagement
• Monitor benefits performance and recommend enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of benefits experience in North America
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits regulations
• Proven M&A and integration experience
• Strong analytical and project management skills
