• Drive evolution of customer and associate activation journeys
Requirements:
• 4+ years in product management with customer-facing systems
• Experience in telecom activation workflows
• Hands-on experience in designing self-serve capabilities
• Familiarity with privacy and regulatory compliance
• Operational mindset for piloting solutions
