We are looking for a Studio Administrator to join our team at Next Level Games on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You’ll be the first point of contact for our studio and help keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. Please note that this is an on‑site position, requiring five days per week at our Vancouver studio.

• Welcoming guests, candidates, and vendors, and managing the studio phone line
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier shipments
• Assisting with facilities tasks such as checking inventory and stocking supplies, vendor management, and keeping shared spaces tidy
• Ensuring confidentiality protocol is followed, including having visitors sign NDAs, clearly explaining requirements, and escorting guests to the appropriate areas
• Lifting and moving boxes, packages, and assisting with desk moves
• Coordinate and order studio meals and refreshments
• Assist with ad hoc admin tasks as needed

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle and take ownership of multiple tasks
• Punctual and reliable, with a strong sense of accountability
• Demonstrates excellent judgement, discretion, and professionalism
• Comfortable being the first point of contact for the studio
• Experience or education related to facilities management, HR, or accounting is a bonus
• Must be able to safely lift and move boxes and packages up to 30 lbs.

The hiring range for this position is $50,000‑$65,000 CAD annually and is subject to change. The final base salary compensation will be based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
