Project Controls Officer Hybrid Position

This role is designed for those with 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or client delivery within regulated industries. You'll manage change requests, review documentation for compliance, and liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders, playing a crucial role in client onboarding and governance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client change requests through JIRA and shared inboxes
• Document and support approved change activities
• Review branding and compliance of consumer-facing materials
• Facilitate program approvals working with various teams
• Maintain accurate internal and client databases
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in project controls or compliance roles
• Detailed orientation for documentation validation
• Experience in change management processes
• Proficient in JIRA or workflow tools
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
