This role is pivotal in refining the workforce planning practice within a hybrid work environment. You'll support the analysis of workforce trends alongside HR, Operations, and Finance to identify key gaps and inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and sustain workforce planning models and tools
• Analyze supply-demand gaps in talent

Requirements:
• 5+ years in people analytics or workforce planning
• Proficiency with tools such as Visier or Workday
