Your recommendations will help prevent further damages and ensure compliance with quality standards, positioning you as a key asset in the industry. This role demands both independence and the ability to navigate physical work conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residential and commercial property values

• Create specification bid documents for repair estimations

• Investigate damage types and provide recommendations

• Conduct detailed cost audits and file reviews

• Maintain invoicing of 37.5 billable hours weekly

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant construction disciplines

• 5+ years of estimating and project management experience

• Proficient in Xactimate software for estimations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Mobile and able to transport assets as needed
