Position: Coordinator for Strategy Management Initiatives
Trans Link is seeking a Coordinator for its Office of Strategy Management in B.C., with a flexible hybrid work model. This key role focuses on strategy development and effective performance monitoring.

Supporting the Director, you will assist in developing corporate strategies by analyzing data and preparing reports. The position emphasizes organizational coordination, facilitating meetings, and supporting cross-departmental initiatives to align with strategic goals while communicating effectively through various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather data and analyze for strategic reports

• Facilitate balanced scorecard development across levels

• Draft communication materials for strategy messages

• Schedule and document executive committee meetings

• Track and verify project outcomes for reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• Three years of relevant coordination experience

• Experience with project management software

• Proficient in creating presentations and reports

• Strong organizational skills for managing priorities
