In this pivotal role reporting to the Manager of Business Analysis, you will support a diverse range of strategic initiatives. By collaborating with stakeholders and experts, you'll analyze processes and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving efficiency and client experiences across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery and analysis to define functional and non-functional requirements

• Develop high-quality deliverables like process maps and use cases

• Facilitate workshops and discussions with various stakeholders

• Conduct gap and impact analyses across systems and processes

• Support change management and post-implementation evaluations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as a Business Analyst in wealth management

• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC processes

• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office

• Excellent ability to analyze data using SQL or Excel

• Experience with front-, middle-, and back-office wealth functions
