In this key position, you will support daily operations within the Donor Services team and drive revenue integrity processes. With a focus on continuous improvement, your leadership will ensure timely and accurate processing of donations, providing a seamless experience for every donor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment and training for the Donor Services team
• Oversee compliance and accuracy in donation processing
• Address complex donor inquiries with professionalism
• Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements
• Collaborate across teams for event and campaign support
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in business administration/accounting
• Five years’ experience in administration or accounting
• People management experience inspiring team members
• Knowledge of CRA, PCI, and privacy regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT
