Compensation: CAD $70,000 to $110,000 base, plus equity, depending on experience.

As Founder’s Associate, you will partner with the North American leadership team to shape strategy, drive cross‑functional projects, and address high‑priority problems that lack clear ownership. The role requires operating at an executive level while also diving deep into frontline processes when needed.

• Partner with leadership to refine strategy and priorities.
• Drive projects across Growth, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and People.
• Support new market launches and commercial rollout plans.
• Build the operating cadence, dashboards, and decision‑making systems needed to scale.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and outcomes.
• Jump into urgent business problems when there is no obvious owner.

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, investing, startups, strategy, operations, finance, marketplaces, revenue, or a demanding analytical or generalist environment.
• Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly, take ownership, and operate in fast‑moving environments.
• Evidence of taking on hard problems, creating clarity and momentum, and driving real outcomes.
