BC Emergency Health Services is seeking a Business Analyst and Project Support on a temporary basis until December 31, 2027. This role involves complex research and analysis to support clinical and provincial programs. A strong team player will lead feasibility studies, gather business requirements, and facilitate project execution while navigating operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead feasibility studies and workload analyses

• Analyze operational problems and recommend solutions

• Elicit business requirements from stakeholders

• Prepare detailed business and analytical reports for executives

• Coordinate implementation across business and tech teams

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business or related field

• Minimum of five years of experience

• Strong MS Office and business intelligence skills

• Excellent oral and written communication

• Experience with project management methodologies
