In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and actionable data for prospective families and current students. You'll begin with data auditing and progress to analyzing survey results, ultimately assisting the School in making informed decisions. Collaboration with various teams enhances both your role's impact and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular audits of parent and student records
• Identify and resolve missing information in the enrollment system
• Maintain data cleanliness in the CRM and database
• Track incoming inquiries, visits, and applications
• Collaborate on cross-functional school initiatives
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role
• Familiarity with K-12 independent school environments
• Proficiency in Excel and school-specific CRMs
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
