Your role ensures effective daily premises operations with a strong focus on technology and equipment management.
This full-time position requires you to address all premises operations and technology needs. You'll act as the primary contact for resolving issues, overseeing maintenance, and enhancing client services workflow. Your two years of experience in operations support will be crucial in managing equipment, documentation, and collaboration among departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily operations and technology troubleshooting
• Accurately document and track all activities
• Share workload support nationally among Centres
• Create work orders and follow up on maintenance tasks
• Manage equipment inventory and identify efficiencies
Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in operations support
• Knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, and Word
• Collaborative spirit with internal partners
• Understanding of BCP processes
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
