As a key member of the Transformation Management Office, you will utilize your skills to define project objectives, manage resources, and foster engagement among stakeholders. Your responsibility includes regular project assessments and implementing change management strategies to assure successful outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate project goals and expected outcomes
• Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Conduct health checks to identify project blockers
• Implement change management strategies for project adoption
• Support realization of project benefits
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience
• Advanced MS 365 application skills
• Effective communication abilities for diverse audiences
• Bilingual at B2 level
