This role centers on outstanding resident service and operational excellence. In this Community Administrator position, you will manage resident relations and day-to-day property operations. Key tasks include financial record management and office support, ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication. Your efforts will be crucial in upholding community standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide best in class service to residents and visitors
- Handle resident concerns and maintain accurate records
- Record financial transactions and monitor accounts
- Maintain office organization and supply inventory
- Participate in on‑call rotation for urgent issues
- Minimum of 1 year residential property management experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Yardi knowledge preferred - Excellent communication skills and skilled demeanor
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws is essential
