With 3-5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, your focus will be on enhancing strategic planning, incentivizing teams, and overseeing multiple priorities. You’ll be crucial to driving efficiency and improving performance across Partnerships and Account Executive teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Rev Ops partner to Startups revenue organization
• Collaborate with GTM leaders for strategy and coverage improvements
• Manage diverse priorities in a dynamic landscape
• Analyze sales forecasts and rep productivity metrics
• Report project performance to senior leadership
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in revenue or sales operations
• Experience supporting multiple go-to-market teams
• Proven problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities with GTM systems
• Willingness to work in-office three times a week
