Tour Leader

Position: Intrepid Travel Tour Leader
Join Intrepid Travel as a Tour Leader to guide camping trips across Canada. Inspire guests with your local knowledge and ensure exceptional experiences from June through October.

This role requires a passion for travel and culture, along with strong customer service skills. As a Tour Leader, you will manage group dynamics, support Indigenous communities, and create unique adventures in picturesque locations. You must be able to think on your feet while ensuring the safety and well-being of your travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute memorable camping tours in Canada

• Provide travel advice and engage with participants

• Manage emergencies and support traveler well-being

• Maintain all necessary administrative duties and safety protocols

• Share your love for Canada with guests through experiences

Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience with travelers

• Valid Class 4 Commercial License and driving ability

• Strong problem-solving skills and campground experience

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite

• Flexibility for extended travel periods and seasonal work
