As the Director of Product Management, you will own Jobber's Marketing Agent from inception to launch. Your focus will be on developing innovative AI-driven marketing solutions that empower small businesses to grow without overwhelming them. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to ensure product success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the Marketing Agent product from concept to execution

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience, including SaaS

• Proven success in launching AI-native products

• Strong understanding of SMB needs and workflows

• Experience leading teams of Product Managers
