Elevate client engagement with TELUS Health as a Customer Success Manager. This role focuses on building strategic relationships while enhancing usage of wellness solutions and the TH1 platform.
In this key role, you will be responsible for fostering long-term client partnerships and driving their success through innovative TELUS Health programs. With over five years of experience in customer-facing roles, you will conduct business reviews, advocate for clients, and facilitate strategy sessions to maximize their investments. Your expertise will be vital in identifying solutions to meet their needs and enhance their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients
• Conduct ongoing business reviews and develop optimization plans
• Drive engagement through innovative communication programs
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions for clients
• Manage renewal processes and identify upsell opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Account Management or Customer Success roles
• Strong knowledge of wellness solutions and employee assistance programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of driving client adoption
• Ability to master new products quickly
