Position: Business Planning Director at Central 1
Join Central 1 as a Business Planning Director to drive strategic initiatives using your in-depth project management expertise. Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure effective planning and execution aligned with company objectives.

In this senior role, you will be crucial in shaping the business planning process, facilitating cross-functional teams, and providing thought leadership. You'll track strategic progress and support quarterly updates for the ELT and Board, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide business planning and ensure alignment with C1 strategy

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for strategy formulation

• Lead development of strategic materials for Board sessions

• Monitor metrics and recommend improvements

• Establish trusting relationships across the organization

Requirements:

• Degree in economics or commerce required

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong financial analysis and project management background
