As a Race Event Associate for Running Room, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences  responsibilities include setting up finish line structures, course marking, and working closely with Race Directors to ensure everything runs smoothly. This position also requires some heavy lifting and supply ordering when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and dismantle finish line structures

• Manage course setup including signage and coning

• Marshal participants effectively during events

• Mark and maintain racecourses as needed

• Collaborate with Race Directors for successful executions

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy materials safely

• Strong teamwork skills to support event goals

• Dependable in handling logistics on race days

• Ability to follow instructions from Race Directors

• Previous event experience is an asset
