Join a contract team in North Vancouver as a Business Analyst, focused on HRIS and Workday projects. Engage with a collaborative team to transform business processes.
As a Business Analyst, you will support the People Systems team by assessing processes and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
Your role will include documenting business needs, conducting process mapping, and identifying gaps to improve Workday functionalities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the transformation of Workday across the organization
• Collaborate with People & Culture to document business processes
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and insights
• Perform gap analysis and refine process documentation
• Enhance overall Workday integration through documentation
Requirements:
• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience in relevant fields
• Experience with HRIS or HR teams preferred
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills required
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle and HR processes
• Availability for on-site work in North Vancouver as needed
