Vancouver Business Process Analyst Position

In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and support the development of the customer lifecycle playbook. By mapping and improving end-to-end processes, you’ll play a vital role in operational effectiveness within cross-functional teams. • Map customer lifecycle processes comprehensively

• Develop documentation for operational activities

• Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements

• Standardize documentation from cross-functional teams

• Ensure lifecycle playbook aligns with operational demands

Requirements:

• Experience in business process analysis

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset

• Eligibility to work in Canada is required
