As part of Brex's commitment to innovative finance solutions, this position requires a capable Revenue Operations professional with 3-5 years of experience. You’ll support Partnerships and Account Executives, manage key operational projects, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to streamline operations while enhancing revenue generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own Rev Ops for Startups revenue teams
• Enhance business strategies with senior GTM leaders
• Prioritize shifting workloads for optimal impact
• Oversee sales reporting on forecasts and productivity
• Improve ROE clarity and operational efficiency
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in revenue operations, preferably in Fintech
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup contexts
• Proven ability to lead in fast-changing environments
• Strong analytics and Salesforce expertise
• Required in-office presence on specified days
