Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze dealer, warranty, and customer performance data

• Develop dashboards that illustrate key business insights

• Identify improvements in customer experience and program growth

• Support analysis of Mopar Vehicle Protection programs

• Collaborate with various departments on business initiatives

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Analytics or similar

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills

• Eligible to work in Canada
