Bid Director for Design-Build Projects

Lead bid pursuits with Ledcor as a Bid Director focusing on Design-Build Construction in Vancouver. Ensure strategic proposal responses that enhance financial success and competitiveness.

This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with at least six years of large-scale bid management experience, preferably in Design-Build or P3 projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to form effective pursuit strategies, coordinate bid processes, and support project planning across multiple sectors, including defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive bid processes and execution plans

• Collaborate with business development on winning proposals

• Coordinate submissions with design and estimating teams

• Validate pricing strategies for project bids

• Maintain and improve bid documentation and RFQ/RFP submissions

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of bid management experience
