Position: Senior Contract Specialist with RFP Management
Peter Lucas Project Management seeks a Senior Contract Specialist to enhance our project delivery. Manage complex contracts, negotiate terms, and drive RFP processes effectively.

In this role, you will independently oversee the contract lifecycle, focusing on procurement and negotiations in the mining and industrial sectors. Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders will be key as you negotiate favorable terms and support contract execution. Your strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills will ensure efficient project delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and finalize commercial contract terms and conditions

• Develop and manage RFPs and bidding processes

• Oversee compliance, performance, and documentation management

• Provide expert commercial guidance for project execution

• Foster relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years in contract and procurement management

• Solid experience in managing RFPs and contract negotiations

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Relevant industry experience is a plus
