Position: Vancouver Deal Management Consultant Role
EY-Parthenon is looking for a Consultant in Vancouver, specializing in Deal Management, to guide clients through critical phases of the deal lifecycle.

In this role, you will assist clients with due diligence and integration planning, ensuring that every aspect of the deal is executed seamlessly. You will also develop playbooks for M&A and collaborate with diverse teams to help clients achieve their business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in managing risk and identifying potential issues throughout the integration process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integration strategy planning and execution

• Create M&A and integration playbooks

• Validate and track synergy realization

• Support the development of transaction services agreements

• Analyze integration-related risks and timelines

Requirements:

• 3+ years of applicable experience

• Professional qualifications (e.g., CMA, CFA)

• Strong organizational skills under pressure

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

• Authorized to travel within Canada and the US
