Position: Business Analyst for Ronald McDonald House
Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon seeks a Business Analyst to enhance operations and improve organizational processes. This full-time, contract role focuses on system optimization and cross-functional project leadership.

As a pivotal team member, the Analyst leads initiatives to strengthen business systems and improve workflows. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you'll engage with various teams to identify challenges and develop scalable solutions. Your expertise in business analysis and project management will directly impact the organization’s ability to support families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and improve organizational processes and systems

• Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution

• Facilitate discovery sessions to identify operational needs

• Develop training materials and facilitate staff engagement

• Collaborate with stakeholders for successful implementation

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or related field

• 3-5 years in business analysis or project management

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SQL

• Proven leadership in cross-functional projects

• Skills in process mapping and change management
